My way with pellets

This is 200grms of 6mm Skretting coarse pellets. They are very versatile.

This is the blender, I use the liquidizer bit of it to grind about 200-300grms of pellets at a time. It is very quick & effective.

This is the 200grms of dry pellets after being grounded in the blender. You can bag this mix up and as long as it is kept dry it will keep for ages.

This is 200grms of the dry mix below with just 100ml of water added. It can be bulked out even further with brown crumb for use with groundbait. I add all of the dry ingredients together first then sieve them to get rid of the lumps and mix it thoroughly

This is the 200grms/100ml paste mix before it goes into the water, it is compacted quite hard on the hook, so it must be allowed to break down before it becomes usefull.

This is the 200grms/100ml paste mix after just 1 minute in the water, it breaks down very quickly. It can also be used to plug the feeder, but it explodes out on impact with the water, ideal when casting to shallow islands or margins.

This is the 200grms of ground pellet powder with 200ml of water added, it can be kneaded to form the hard paste mix below or it can be used as a groundbait to plug the open end feeder.

This is the hard mix after 1 minute in the water, again the colour has changed, but little else has happened.

This is the hard mix just after being submerged in water. It is very good for hair rigging on "the conker" One tip is to roll it in a tub of ground pellets before you cast it in for added attraction.

This is the sloppy mix, it is the 200grms of ground pellet paste powder with 300ml of water added. It is very soft & needs to be shipped out via a Kinder cup.

This is the sloppy paste just after it has been submerged in water. This is its natural colour.

This is the sloppy paste after 1 minute in water, as you can see it has changed colour very quickly but has hardly begun to break down. It stays like this for quite some time.
