favourite rigs

These two are my favourite rigs.Both are very positive and are suited to summer shallow fishing, although the waggler rig can be adapted to fish deeper if required & the pole rig can be adapted to fish the far bank.Notice the korum quick change beads, these are very handy. They allow you to change hooklengths instantly so in effect you only need to set up one of each rig & if you need to alter your depth you can do so quickly.Both rigs are shotted with big weights, this can add a little bit to the splash/noise effect.Also notice that there are two different hair rigs, one has a band on the loop & this is ideal if you need to fish the same pellet as you are feeding because the fish are being cute. The other is just a loop and is used in conjunction with the Mosella pre drilled pellet fixed with a boily stop. This is very robust, it can withstand a lot of casting on the wag & its possible to get a run of fish on the same pellet.
